In the beginning of a new season life can be exciting and refreshing or at times even disorientating and challenging. It is time to ask yourself a few questions to find new perspective.
At the beginning of a new season, life can be exciting and refreshing or at times even disorientating and challenging. It is time to ask yourself a few questions to find new perspective.
Ask the Right Questions
Always ask these questions in the light of God’s word, godly counsel and the
wisdom you were able to gain throughout your journey with God.
These questions are meant to support you if you tend to overthink sometimes,
just as I do.
If you trust that you are just a little creative (and I bet you are) you will be able to add a few questions that will make the questionnaire even more personal.
Search for a quiet spot, take your time and pray. I would like to encourage you to
write your answers down.
What do I believe about my relationship with God?
Do I believe this season is from God?
Do I believe God is in control?
Do I think that I can learn from God right now?
Do I even think I can meet God here?
Do I trust the words that I have heard from the Lord?
Do I believe that I hear his voice?

What do I believe about my relationship with other people?
Do I believe I am an encouragement to others and that I can help people grow?
Do I believe my ministry is fruitful?
Do I believe that I use my gifts and talents with the purpose of serving others?
What do I believe about myself?
Do I believe that it’s about who I am and not about what I do?
Do I believe that I am called for a bigger purpose even though I am not yet where I
want to be?
Did I finish the last season strong and with celebration? If not, what can I learn from
that for the next season?
Do I remember last year’s victories?

What do I believe about my God-given responsibilities?
What do I believe about money and success in life?
What do I believe about my family?
Do I believe that I am the best friend that I can be?
Do I believe that I give my best to live a healthy lifestyle?
After you have answered all questions you might also want to write down:
1. What you are thankful for right now
2. What you firmly believe
He who believes in me, as the scripture said, out of his innermost being shall flow
rivers of living water.
John 7:38
My dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give
yourself fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is
not in vain.
1 Corinthians 15:58
Pray diligently. Stay alert, with your eyes wide open in gratitude.
Colossians 4:2
I believe you are on your way to be the best YOU can be!
